Refund policy

L'CRÉATIF is a trade name of Altiora Global Hub LLC (Trade Licence No. 2645646.01), Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work, in line with the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

Return window. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened and in its original sealed packaging with all seals intact.

Hygiene exception. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used perfume, and any product whose seal has been broken, cannot be returned or exchanged unless it is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any delivery charges.

How to request a return. Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. All refunds are made in UAE Dirhams (AED).

Non-returnable items. Opened perfumes, gift sets with a used component, personalised or engraved items, and gift cards.

Cancellations. Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us as soon as possible.
