Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the L'CRÉATIF website and your purchases from us. L'CRÉATIF is a trade name of Altiora Global Hub LLC (Trade Licence No. 2645646.01), Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our").

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, due to a pricing or description error, lack of stock, or suspected fraud) and will refund any amount already paid.

Prices and payment. Prices are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Title to the goods passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

Products. We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. Minor variations in colour or packaging may occur, and fragrance is a personal and subjective experience.

Returns. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual property. All content, branding, names and imagery on this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or infringe the rights of others.

Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Emirate of Sharjah.
