Shipping policy

L'CRÉATIF is a trade name of Altiora Global Hub LLC (Trade Licence No. 2645646.01), Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We deliver across the United Arab Emirates and internationally to most countries worldwide.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays). Personalised or engraved items may require additional time.

Delivery within the UAE. Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days through our courier partners. Delivery is free on orders of AED 150 and above, calculated on your order subtotal after any discounts have been applied; a flat delivery charge of AED 20 applies to orders below this amount. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

International delivery. International orders are delivered in approximately 5-8 business days. A flat international shipping charge of AED 100 applies, shown at checkout before you pay. Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Address accuracy. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.
