L'CRÉATIF is a trade name of Altiora Global Hub LLC (Trade Licence No. 2645646.01), Sharjah Media City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.

Order processing. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding UAE public holidays). Personalised or engraved items may require additional time.

Delivery times. Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days within the UAE through our courier partners. You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Delivery charges. Any delivery charges are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery is available across the UAE. Any COD handling fee is shown at checkout.

Address accuracy. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details.

Delivery outside the UAE. We currently deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. For enquiries about delivery elsewhere in the GCC, please contact us through our Contact page.
